KLite Codec Pack 64bit is a bundle of 64bit DirectShow filters that can be used together with 64bit players, such as Windows Media Center.
This pack can coexistwithout problems with the regular KLite Codec Pack (32bit).
The 64bit versions of Windows can run 32bit software perfectly fine. So it is recommended to use theregular KLite Codec Pack when possible. That one contains more, better and faster decoders. You only need 64bit filters for use with 64bit applications.
